I have to say this place was our savior. The management and the staff are very supportive and understanding. We drove to France and stayed for one night in this hotel before going to Switzerland. Unfortunately, our car broke down, and needed to wait the next day for the diagnosis. But our checkout was until noon. I explained to the manager of this hotel that we were waiting for the result of my car in the garage but I had no idea what time. The manager told me that we could stay until 6 pm without asking me for extra payment. All the staff reassured me that everything would be fine as they all saw that I was so worried and stressed. Everything was so peaceful! Clean and easily accessible to the lake and the cities beyond. A short trip to the Christmas Market in Strasbourg. The host is the nicest man and very eager to accommodate all your needs. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi is superb. We had a fantastic time.
