This is a dorm in the university. It's quiet, clean and simple but very nice. Located 2 minute walk from RER train station with fantastic connection to central Paris. Check in was until 8pm, but we arrived later and they were able to leave us the key and very clear directions of how to get in. We were also able to leave the car parked for the entire day after our checkout.

The location is great, right next to the train station (Gare de Lyon). Everything went very smoothly, the arrival with the check in, the stay and the check out. The room is very small, but well organized, clean and comfortable. Our room was extremely silent, we didn't hear anything, nor the outside noise, nor the neighbors as it is usually the case in the hotels. The 16th floor bar is great, offering and amazing view and a cozy environment.
