We always stop here on the way to our family for Xmas. The staff is really nice, kids love the cat, family room is clean, super comfy and with 2 levels so we can watch a bit of TV while kids sleep. Location is perfect for us to stop for the night, have a nice meal in the restaurants close by, so kids can go early to bed. Having enough parking place is also a plus.

I have an issue with the rating system. First my host was very welcoming and deserves 11 stars for not speaking english. It was her attitude and demeanor that shows.the host in the morning very unwelcoming and discriminating period. Bonjour the what room am i in. Ok but 4 other people came and not one of them where asked what room they were in. Also 10 min to check out call? Haha. Yes its real. I have stayed in hostels to 5 star and never have i received a call 10min before check out. So i come down and i say thank you here are your keys. Oh what time is it? She says 11 but the clock behibd her says 1055am haha managment handle your people your reviews are down for a reason but you dont seem to care.
