It has some stunning architectural features, yet feels confortable and spacious. It was remarkably close to Grenoble and easy to find off the motorway. Gieres, retains a small village atmosphere, yet is so close to the city. My room was very large and confortable and breakfast was lovely. If your child lives near the St Martin d’Heres/Gieres campus, it makes sense to stay here. You really can’t beat the price. It is also very quiet and very close to the tram.
