The room looked very newly renovated and was very luxary, for the price it was a perfect fit. It had a lovely shower, big mirror and the bed was amazing! never slept so good in an overnight stay.
Breakfast was freshly serverd by the owner and very delicious and full of choices. would defenitly want to stay here as well

Givet is a nice cute little town with a fortress on a hill, a river with enough possibilities for cycling/walking etc. Locals are friendly and it's one of my favourite starting point for travel to the south and explore the Ardennes.

One has to be impressed with the way the owners have taken an old chateau and turned it into a holiday venue. It has all the facilities you need with a great breakfast thrown in. We found a lovely Tunisian Restaurant - amazing couscous and also there were many old fortifications and ruins we would have liked to explore. There was a very nice cycle ride along the river which we only had time to do one way.

Great food in the local restaurants, a very warm but discreet host and a B+B that was perfect for two people, just one room in the place and exclusive access to a fully fitted kitchen for no extra charge should we were to have preferred to cook for ourselves. Lovely welcome and excellent breakfast, and if you can get there for the summer, breakfast in the garden would be divine.ColinBelgium

The building is located opposite a large free parking, so that is not a problem. The surrounding streets look a bit neglected, but the inside of the house is the absolute opposite.
