We visited Gramat in the spring and the weather was dull.
We visited Gramat in the spring and the weather was dull. The town appeared run down in areas with not much going for it. There were some good restaurants. The animal park is worth a visit. The aqua park didn’t have clear information about opening times. Close enough for other attractions and towns to visit. Rocamadour is close by. Plage de Gluges 15/20 minutes. Carannac Aventure for canoë and paddle board hire with a lovely crazy golf and snack bar 20 minutes.

The Town is not a holiday location apart from being a transit point for workers. The tourist office in Gramat said that "Gramat was just a location to support the tourism into Rockamadour" which I found to be a strange thing to say. you couldn't even find a place to sit down outside enjoy the weather and a cup of coffee, there is a restaurant with seating outside but this was in the shade.
