A small but very nice property in excellent condition with a great location right in front of the entrance to the walled old town with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was warm and welcoming as well as helpful with all our requests. Breakfast was very good. The room was a pleasant surprise - very large bedroom, plus a sitting room as well as a very good bathroom. The room also had an exterior door going out to a very pleasant terrace with table and chairs in a small, shaded garden. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was large and comfortable.

Very attractive medieval city with the best preserved...
Very attractive medieval city with the best preserved ancient city walls in all of France. Entering through the St Michel gate, there are a host of cafe-bars, restaurants and shops, and other interesting features such as galleries, museums and various events in the main square.

Pleasant area. Pretty villages not just la baule, pornichet,pouligen etc. Safe and easy cycling. Slightly up market. Easy access from ports. Accommodation and facilities to suit all. Fantastic beach at la baule. Area seemed very clean and safe

The beds were comfortable, and rather soft (as mentioned by others before). Our room overlooked the impressive medieval town walls of Guérande, across a beautiful tree-lined boulevard. In the evening parking is easy to find and free, in daytime that changes as Guérande attracts many visitors. Hosts were very accommodating when we arrived later than the check-in time and kept the hotel open especially for us.

Pierres Blanches is amazingly located nearby all great attractions of Guerande, but in a very quiet and green area. Most points of interest are reachable by bike.
