Isola 2000 is a fantastic place to go to for skiing and snow...
Isola 2000 is a fantastic place to go to for skiing and snow-boarding. There are many restaurants, pubs and shops available and the people are so friendly and helpful. We were there for almost 2 weeks and the locals were giving us free coffees after our lunches. They repaired my Ski-boots for free. They even gave us a 20% discount (without asking) for renting my sister's Ski-boots and Skis. The pistes are well maintained and the facilities excellent (the T-bars, the Chair-lifts and the Bubble lifts). The roads are kept snow-free as well. The only thing I'd like to be negative about is that I find the Ski-pass a bit expensive. It's €35 for the day, or €29 for half a day skiing.
