Location was perfect for the stadium and such a pleasure to walk back after a late night at the rugby. Good restaurant next door - Leon. Staff were welcoming even when we arrived late. Good wifi, excellent value for money breakfast, friendly staff and clean. And you could open the windows!

The staff was nice and tried to solve the problems as best as they could. And most of the things were Ibis standard. But aged Ibis.

The lady at check in and the lady presenting breakfast were very pleasant, but the room and breakfast selection were poor for the price paid. I also expected breakfast to be included in the price of the room, and was astounded to be asked to pay extra. The extra breakfast charge was not validated by the quality of the breakfast.
