Good, location a little walk to the port. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is safe. Clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good and is a great idea, I wish others did the same, providing a bag so you can take what is over to have later.
I have already recommended to friends.

La Flotte is a tranquil quaint authentic village/small town.
La Flotte is a tranquil quaint authentic village/small town. It is home to a range of artisan boutiques and shops, art galleries, wine houses and a market (open daily from 10.00am to 2.00pm), full of fresh produce (meat, eggs, breads, preserves, spices, fruit, vegetables) and much more. The cobbled streets invite the visitor to explore, they are full of charm and the street names give a clue to the history of the town. If anyone gets the story behind the restaurant called the Pirates Fiancee, I will be dying to hear. The walk along the sea front is magnificent and it goes almost all the way to Saint Martin De Ré, takes about 35 minutes, and well worth the visit. There are really good restaurants along this route, off the beaten track, just follow your nose. Cycling is a must around this area. There is an abundance of Velos (bicycles) for hire, make sure you get either a classique or a premium, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. Take a picnic from the market for a great day out!

This is a tiny village that punches well above its weight (in season) in terms of restaurants, shops, markets and more. Then there's the view over the Atlantic ocean to the west where the sun sets. We ate like royalty for the two days we were there, and loved the high quality food and casual atmosphere of the St Georges in the harbour.

L'Escailler restaurant was really excellent.
L'Escailler restaurant was really excellent. Could not find anything as good for the second night. Some waiters were a little rude at one of the bars, made us wait so long we gave up and left! But La Flotte is charming and a short pleasant cycle ride to St Martin. Lovely market and shopping in both towns. We never got to the beaches.

Accommodation was bohemian.
Accommodation was bohemian. We stepped from the front courtyard onto a beautiful tree-lined boulevard, which twinkled with tree lights every evening and there was also a street market beneath. Quite enchanting. The beach was immediately to the rear of the property with plenty of lovely restaurants. The harbor was just round the corner mooring boats. A lovely atmosphere ensued from the many restaurants which lined this. There was also live music playing on a stage which commenced the week we arrived in July. The music was varied for all tastes. Plenty to do, but then it was quiet to sleep.
Great location, in the centre of La Flotte. We booked an apartment for 4 and a double room. Beautiful view from the apartment.
The apartment was well equipped and more spacious than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice.
The double room was good and nice view.
Discounted bike hire offered by le mole which was worth it and a secure place to leave bikes at night which was helpful.
Had supper in the restaurant 1 night and it was very good, again discount on prices as we were in the accommodation.
This hotel is in an excellent location on the sea front, while at the same time, it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of La Flotte. The town of La Flotte is within walking distance (5 mins approx) of the hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was a real treat, beautifully appointed, and with the comfort of guests to the forefront. We dined in once. Food was delicious with lots of choice and with a positive ambience in the dining room.
Our camping house was great, good value for money. We had a big terrace and a little garden. La Flotte village is nearby and has an excellent boulangerie and ice-cream. The island has lots of things to do for kids and lots of shopping.
The camping had an evening program every night. The open air swimming pool is clean and very pleasant.
The hotel is perfectly located on the beach and very near the centre of La Flotte. The hotel is very beautiful with large rooms and large bathrooms. and a very nice swimming pool. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach was a real dream . The staff was extremely nice . All was simply perfect. I can only recommend this hotel.
Beautiful view hotel with a heated swimming pool, great for kids, right on the beach, with easy access to many good restaurants walking distance away. They also have a wonderful spa for adults to relax after a day of bike riding. I appreciated the staff making our vacation very family friendly and welcoming for us!
Location is perfect in La Flotte with an easy walk to the harbour. Pool is wonderful and makes for a relaxing holiday. Kitchen facilities were excellent and enjoyed nights in after visiting the market and buying local produce. Cycling around the island’s tracks and visiting the local oyster shacks a must!
Fantastic location on the Harbour in La Flotte.clean, spacious room and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay and would visit again. Great bust busy atmosphere outside in the heart of the town. Live music two nights we were here and a night market right outside. Was a great atmosphere.
The location of the appartment close to the beachfront of La Flotte is quite nice with St. Martin de Ré easily reachable by bike too. The appartement even in being small was quite well equipped (including washing machine and dish washer) and very clean!
Very nice welcome at the hotel, newly renovated spacious room with superb sea view, all the facilities were very clean and the dinner at the restaurant was top. Thanks to the all team for making our stay so enjoyable.
Pleasant hotel. The room overlooked the ground floor and the adjacent road. Passersby could therefore look into the room
and there was no means to really prevent this as even the curtain was pushed back by the wind
Beautiful spot - great location! We loved walking to the village and the market. We had an amazing bike ride to St Martin; it was beautiful! Hotel staff that worked the room service were awesome!!
We like the quirkiness of the hotel and the perfume of the jasmine in the garden. Also loved the juke box but unfortunately it was not working. It was very central which was good.
