The port and shore side area was lovely to promenade and the little town very friendly and full of independent shops. If you wish to do a big shop you will need to go towards Annecy where there is a supermarket about 2 miles distant.

The owner and her family are simply delightful - they could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a road outside which can be noisy but the owners have invested in triple glazed windows in the bedrooms. The combination of this and the traditional French shutters meant that I could barely hear the traffic at all from my room during the night.StephenUnited Kingdom
