The only problem for us was that we had smokers next door for 5 days, which made sitting outside unpleasant. Might be good to have some apartments for non smokers?

We were warmly welcomed. We had the two upstairs rooms in a small stone cottage with a lovely view of the lake and all the ducks. Our rooms were simple but quite adequate and were clean - they seemed to have been recently redecorated. There was a generous shower room which was well lit by the roof light. Breakfast was served promptly in our rooms at the exact time requested and was generous with croissants, yogurt, orange juice, ham, cheese, and fresh bread etc.... as well as tea or coffee as ordered. The nights we were there the restaurant was not functioning and so we ate out. The staff were generally very helpful. There was a music night happening while we were there and we were concerned we might be disturbed as we hadn't been warned pre-arrival about it - but we were fine and just enjoyed a rather lovely singer for free! That might not have been the case if we had been in any of the more central rooms where the sound would have been more intrusive!

Dominique, the proprietor, is more than helpful and tries to make her guests‘ stay very pleasant. She‘s got an eye for every detail and arranged a very warm welcome for us. Also, a lot of the products served for breakfast are homemade - very delicious. We can only recommend Dominique‘s place. Greetings from Germany!

The host Herve is an absolut one of a kind host, he is around with all his heart, makes sure everyone feels well and happy, makes sure everything is always clean. Goes an extra step for everything and everyone. Is open for all questions and offers help wherever he can. This place is a feeling of HOME! The place is absolutely beautiful, the view on to the beach, within nature... you have so much space within this accomodation. the yourtes have every extra Detail you wish for. So cozy. Best choice we have made in Bretagne. Absolute recommend 10/10

The host family, Fabienne and Jacky, are great fun and make you feel at home immediately. Breakfast is simple but excellent, with crepes, fresh fruit, bread and home made jams - and deliciously naughty home made caramel - as well as juice and coffee. Not all hosts in Brittany are laid back, but these folk certainly are, giving you recommendations and certainly not suffocating you. Their garden is at your use and the river is at the end of the lane, if you fancy a swim! Warmer than the Atlantic for sure! It’s okay if you are a decent swimmer, so long as the tide is not in. They don’t speak great English, but, hey! it was great to be somewhere where you didn’t feel like a complete dork language-wise vis a vis our European friends. Mozzies can be a bit of a problem so pacy repellent.
