Although the whole unit was fitted into one room, except for the bathroom, it included everything we could need and there was just enough space for it to work well. It was a bit early in the year to sit outside most days but it was lovely to enjoy the sun out there the one day it was warm enough. The bed was comfortable although only a standard double.

Beautiful location, although quite hard to find! A secret gem. Breathtaking views although the garden could have been tidied up, ie the grass needed cutting making it feel a little shabby, which was a pity as the location is stunning. Delicious supper at the hotel's restaurant in the middle of the village. We bought a lot of delicious local wine from the local wine shop. Friendly atmosphere.
We had the most amazing time at the Abbaye de Villeneuve when we spent one night there driving from Brittany to South of France. The service was amazing, the rooms beautiful, and we got to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend asking for a reservation at L’Epicurien as well (the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel) which was delicious.
