We were very tired and the room was very comfortable, wifi was good, and had air conditioning which afforded us a brilliant night's sleep. We were supposed to leave the keys, but we didn't get any keys. We ended up having to sleep in the car. Now the hotel is not responding to our messages and to messages from the booking service.
