nothing there apart from mcdonalds and a retail park which was closed on Sunday. We could not find a single bar in the town that was open and we walked a long way... Best to stay in one of the smaller villages a couple of miles way, they at least had bars open and some small supermarket type tabacs/shops.

There are thieves around, so I would never suggest anyone...
There are thieves around, so I would never suggest anyone stay in this area. We had all our cash stolen from our room although it had a key pad with code on our door so it must be some kind of scam. Couldn;t reach the hotel or head office by phone to report the theft, and the police are investigating. Very upsetting and ruined our holiday.

The hotel is a couple minutes from the highway, so very convenient. I was surprised by the Restaurant - it was actually really good. The personnel at the front desk was super friendly and professional. Therefore I recommend this place and would stay again if we have to take the same route.

The room was nice, the bed with double part below and single part on top was perfect for family of three. A free parking and a nice restaurant just beside the hotel.

We inquired about a restaurant, they proposed the restaurant in another Ibis next door to Ibis Budget.We had a nice dinner and a good night sleep afterwards. We will keep this hotel in mind if a short layover is needed during our travels.
