This is a spacious, very pleasant facility with a lot of room - it used to be a barn at one stage and has been completely refitted into being what it is now. It is very comfortable.
The woman who manages it was pleasant and helpful, and brought us an adequate breakfast in the morning.
Parking is on the street just outside the unit and is free.

Location in centre of the town.
Location in centre of the town. Secure parking for motorcycle in a domestic size garage around the corner from the hotel.
Not the hotels fault but somebody on street outside with TV blaring long into the night, eventually a local resident had an argument and the noise stopped

Friendly locals. Very good tourist information centre.
Friendly locals. Very good tourist information centre. Lots of charming parks, walks by the river. Seems not to be on the tourist track although they make a big deal about the Basilique.
A genuine French town, little affected by overseas tourists. It was possible to find unique shops - a second-hand "recycling" store with furniture, small collectibles, electronics and a microbrewery right next door (along the river in the southwest corner of town). The unusual always appeals to us.

Some wonderful towns and villages with remarkable history. Normandy is tied to our shared past to a far greater extent than most people are aware of.
Lisieux also makes a great place to strike out from, and to return to to paw over your experiences over a meal and a drink. A good nights sleep and breakfast sets you up for the next experience.
Great markets and fresh produce with depth of flavour and character.

Used Lisieux as a center for the things we wanted to see.
Used Lisieux as a center for the things we wanted to see. Really likes Mon Saint Michel, Entretat and the Normandy war monuments (beaches and cemetery). Could have spared some miles if we would have changed hotels everyday I guess.
Bijou hotel with eclectic art in foyer. Excellent bistro with warm, helpful staff. Best continental breakfast - selection of local cheeses with fruit and fresh baguettes, artisan pressed fruit juices, the best butter croissants with a pot of Earl Grey tea for me and coffee for my companions. Spotless bedroom & ensuite, comfortable bed, thoughtfully stocked with bottles of Evian & a coffee maker
The distance from all point. I love the beautiful facade of the hotel and the color combination Bed was comfortable. All the staff are attentive to the needs of the guest. We stayed 2 nights and at 1st night, it was about midnight the lights was off suddenly, the assigned desk officer that night has fix right away the problem.
The apartment was in an ideal location, we came to visit the home of St. Therese of Lisieux, and it was ideally located close to the Carmel, Basilica, and center of town. Beautiful town, friendly people, and Jean-Noel who met us was extremely helpful. I look forward to returning and using the same apartment.
We had the top floor (3e or 4th)efficiency great view, great neighborhood near town center. The simple layout had everything we needed including air conditioning during a very hot stay and gated parking adjacent. A very nice property. Thanks Fred.
We had a family trip in the area and used the hotel room for a night. Fair price for the offer. Good for visiting the historic neighborhood and not pricy as in the historic locations.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking and secure.
Excellent location in the town centre. Good quality food served in the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very good value for money for a town centre location. Lisieux is a great place to visit.
The location is perfect for a pilgrim, a couple of steps from the basilica while also near to the Cathedral and Carmel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is basic, clean, and sufficient.
