Lady very helpful on my arrival. Quick to show me where the ebike could be secure overnight and get charged. Went to put the kettle on to make me a hot drink as we were chatting. Showed me the microwave and cooker etc.
Equestrian school location in the country so a most relaxed very different location.
Breakfast available in the morning.
Next morning as I headed for Cherbourg within a kilometer I found a cycle track Cherbourg to St Michel.

Very nice little hotel in the Centre of Carentan. Exactly as we expected for a small French hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, room was small but as expected and everything that we needed was provided. Great location for exploring the town. Continental breakfast was nice. Overall great for what we paid and we would stay again for sure. Parking is plentiful across the road from the hotel.

We specifically chose the location in St Mere Eglise as part of our tour of the Normandy beaches. Our room at the hotel was vey comfortable with two single beds as I requested. Breakfast was very good, served by the owner and his wife, who were excellent hosts.
