First time in a standard hotel, but very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful, they even took my bike into their office for safety! Thank you for that. Very professional and the room was comfy and stylish and it had a kettle for coffee and tea.

Several good French and Italian restaurants in the town center, as well as along the "ring road" that circles the town. Nice, compact town centre, and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Easy parking in the centre of the old town. Great base for exploring the lavender fields on the nearby plateau de Valensole We ate at a restaurant called "La Petite Provencal" which had brilliant staff and gorgeous, fresh local food at very reasonable prices.

I went at the wrong time of the year I think, locals were sullen and not very friendly, I got food poisoning from a well recommended restaurant and in all there isn't much there, two hours covers everything in the town. Groups of young men roaming about at night not inspiring. Best eating Taj Mahal, friendly staff great food, excellent value for money. On your own, avoid.
