Chantal’s property is incredibly charming. We felt very connected to the history of the place. But despite being an historic building, it’s been fit out to a very high and modern standard.
The property is in the middle of the countryside and from its garden you can see the beautiful views of the valley.
The nearest town, Chinon, is a beautiful historic town and it’s only 10 minutes drive from the studio.
Chantal herself was the perfect host and she made us feel at home during our stay. We would love to go back soon!

Fantastic location to relax, with Chinon a short drive away for restaurants and shopping. The property is very well maintained and modernised historic building with excellent grounds and facilities.... and surprisingly large! Could not wish for more accomodating hosts and look forward to returning someday.

IT was placed right next to the train station and the bus left from there to go to Tours which was part of our trip.

Warm welcome by friendly owners/ staff, great rooms with great views, everything very clean. Homemade food with a good spread of tasty sounding choices - we both had the lamb shank and it was excellent!! Stefan nd team going a great job ~ I will certainly stay there again, when next in the area.

A beautiful little village in stunning countryside. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Within easy 10 mins drive of medieval town of Chinon which was fascinating with plenty of food/drink options.
