The room set up with the twin beds on the mezzanine was good for a family.
The bed was clean and comfortable.

Exceptionally helpful lady on reception. The weather was extremely hot and we realised after a few minutes that the aircon wasn't working in our room. Went back to reception, she came immediately, agreed and we were allocated a new room within three minutes.
