It was spacious and wonderful. The surroundings are in a quiet village with a beautiful river nearby, adorned by a charming iron bridge. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Since we had three dogs with us, they allowed us to bring our dogs into the room and guided us through. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Well located just south of Bordeaux in Sauternes wine country. Ground floor family room easily fits 4-6 people Given the high temperatures (well above 40 degrees) the swimming pool (set in well maintained garden) was a nice bonus. Pierre is a friendly host and has a good set of suggestions for diner in the neighbourhood. Pancakes at breakfast are a plus.
