A lovely little hotel overlooking the River Loire. Moderate sized room, decorated in a nice traditional French style. As this is a Logis de France hotel, we ate in the restaurant which though decorated in a modern style, is comfortable and friendly. Most importantly the food is exceptional!

This B&B is in a modern house in a cul-de-sac near the church above the river and Loire a Velo cycle trail. The host was very friendly and stored our bikes in his locked garage. Breakfast was excellent and included freshly squeezed orange juice. We walked to the auberge restaurant at the bottom of the hill near the bridge for dinner.

Breakfast is ok. Great apple juice, french bread and, of course, cheese. Coffee quite good - I used to work for a company that roasted coffee and I use coffee from the Atherton Tableland in Australia so am reasonably demanding.
I like having the gym available and being able to go in late at night or early morning. It is run down and most of the machines are end of life but there is enough kit there to have a decent workout. A very small investment (basic equipment without lots of electronics) would be good - e.g. a spinning machine using magnetic resistance would have been a better buy than the exercise bikes as they are far more robust.
JdA is very quiet and when it is open the restaurant is excellent.

Easy to find in the centre of town with ample free car parking. The hosts are lovely and speak good English. It is fantastic value for money although the decor could do with a refresh. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and exceptional value for money.

A very comfortable small hotel with high standards. Friendly staff, our room was very clean with nice furniture and a great view of the Loire and bridge. The fixed evening meal menu was the same for both days of our stay with a limited 29 or 42 Euro choice however the food was very good. The buffet continental breakfast choice which included omelette was also good. We would both happily book to stay here again.
