The staff were absolutely great, provided all of the information we could have needed.
The view from the room was absolutely amazing, highly recommend opting for the seaview as it is absolutely worth it.
The hotel itself was a couple of minutes walk from the center which was nice for us as we enjoyed taking a walk up the coast on our way to dinner and due to this it wasn't too busy or loud.

Peillon is a medieval village perched on top of a hill, literally at the end of a steep winding road. The village is delightful with great views down the valley so it doesn’t take long to explore it. There are some good walks but the paths are rough and steep so not easy walking, particularly in hot weather. The highlight for us was lunch at Le Plaisirs - a fabulous little restaurant in the village where the food was outstanding and great value. A short stay would be sufficient.

Remarkable village in beautiful scenery, it's a great surprise it's not swarmed with tourists like similar, yet closer to the coast Eze. It's very small and doesn't even have a shop, just one place to stay and two restaurants, but it's atmospheric and not easy to get to (both by car or on feet). Lovely traditional French village that gives you the feeling to be lost in middle of nowhere, out of the world. The village is very small, one afternoon/night there is enough, one day more if you want to hike around. Just the road to drive there is impressive and worth it !

The hotel had lots of forest and narrow medevial street walks stemming from it’s center, which made the location special. It was nice and quiet and very comfortable to sleep in the 80s decked out rooms. The receptionist and the waiter were amazing in their service. Found it great that the village was empty, probabilities because it’s so remote. This added a sense of tranquility to the stay.

The view from the terrace, where you could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was a treat, and so was the cuisine. We discovered the location by pure luck, searching for some more quiet hotels in the area and we did not really knew what to expect. But we were not disappointed: the traditional french small village atmosphere with some italian vibes was just perfect for us, after the busy days spent on the coast.
