Clean and spacious appartment.
Spacious room and heating was ok. They provide us a cot (we were travelling with twins, 2 years old) and we have another. Kitchen equipped (oil + salt).
you need to use the car to go to the city center.
Anyway, probably I will repeat if I am in the zone.

Contact was very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there, even a combi oven with grill (for which we googled the manual but it worked great).
We had a quiet night on a good bed. Coffee was foreseen and we continued our trip.

Due to traffic problems we arrived much later than expected. I phoned and was greeted warmly and given the access code so we could enter the hotel. An envelope was left on the reception desk for us, as promised, which contained all the information we required to be able to have a good stay. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful which was welcomed as we arrived too late to be able to have dinner in one of the numerous restaurants in the village. We would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the parking is super easy, the rooms are very large and spacious. Great amenities -- bathtub, toiletries, fluffy bathrobes and in-room coffee. After a long drive, it was a relief to have a restaurant on site with a lovely garden to watch the kids run around. The service was a bit slow but the food was nicely presented and tasty. We really enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant if you are in the region.
We got a very nice room with fridge, a very large bathroom, airco, chairs, spacious room in general. The hotel is a refurbished classical rural building decorated with matching good taste, it definitely has character. Breakfast was very pleasant with fruits, yogurt, cold cuts.
The manager of the hotel was super friendly and makes people feel very welcome in every language.
It is a very pleasant hotel, we would definitely go back
This is a lovely hotel-restaurant. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. They were so accommodating about my gluten-free diet, and the food is absolutely delicious! The breakfasts give a lot of variety too. Very convenient to get ground floor room for the dog, and they were so welcoming to him as well. Comfortable room, quiet, and really a great experience overall. We definitely will be back and hopefully soon!
The hotel has free parking and is located two minutes away from the main square, where a number of dining facilities are available. Very friendly and helpful owner/staff, giving all needed information. Room and bathroom design classical but very comfortable with all modern amenities (TV, AC, Kettle). All in excellent working order. Bed comfortable too. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
Virginie & Gina were extremely kind & helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel is extremely well located. It has an elevator and good breakfast.
The room is light & welcoming. Good size for a couple traveling with a pet. (We traveled with our dog, a 7yrs old labrador) While the decor may not be to one's taste, it is a perfect fit to the small town charming lay back feel.
Wife and I were biking the Via Rhona, this quaint hotel is on the route and very bike friendly. Was able to enjoy a cold beer after a day of riding and lounge in and around the pool. Dinner was also fantastic, fairly priced and staff was friendly and helpful despite me knowing minimal French.
I highly recommend the restaurant and hotel!
Excellent location on the way to the south of France, parking just across a small quiet street, and near restaurants and take away places.
Premium TV package, air-conditioning and a delicious breakfast buffet, a lovely garden to enjoy in the morning.
The staff is welcoming and helpful, thanks, we'd definitely stay again.
Not the usual bog standard hotel. Spacious room tastefully decorated with some eclectic additions. Comfortable bed, ensuite shower room, swimming pool and animals for the kids to see. We found three restaurants very close by for dinner. Ok breakfast in the morning. Good place to stop off traveling south.
Location, in close proximity to the town's center.
Hotel has its own parking lot, just in front.
Welcoming staff and always ready to help.
Excellent breakfast.
Lots of bistros and restaurants nearby.
Relatively close to other touristic attractions in the area.
The location is exception right in the historical center of Pierrelatte , amazing and suitable for a summer night walk.
The option of night checking with the key on the reception really appreciated that relief the pression of arriving an specific time.
This was a great hotel with lovely people, it exceeded my expectations because for the price I paid, I expected it to be a lot less than it was. A lovely, pretty location. I enjoyed sitting in the breakfast room and taking a walk around the lanes.
It was a well equipped apartment within easy walking distance into Pierrelatte and the amazing Friday market.
It also felt like a very safe neighborhood. The decor was also very interesting
