This is a really pretty village nestling in a lovely valley.
This is a really pretty village nestling in a lovely valley. The river and banks provide a beauty spot for relaxation. The buildings in the village include older heritage style with new more modern designs. There are a number of restaurants, but I stayed for one night and had a great meal in the hotel. A good stop for the travelling cyclist.

The Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful with our bicycle storage and panniers. Our room, at the front of the hotel was spacious, very clean and had access, from the room to a terrace, with seating and a table overlooking the town. We had an enjoyable evening meal which was served at our request outside on the main Hotel terrace.
