Very spacious room with comfortable bed, bright modern bathroom; nicely heated. Very comfortable indeed. Would happily have stayed longer.
We had dinner in the restaurant and opted for a la carte (to have a smaller meal) rather than have a 3 dish menu. This was very flexible and easy. The food was exceptional. Beef cheeks main course delightful; warm chocolate cake exquisite. Very reasonable.

The apartment was a good size and the heating was on when we arrived after dark on a cold, grey November evening - much appreciated! The kitchen area had everything we needed. Parking was convenient, right outside. Despite the flat being on the quite busy main road, we did not hear traffic noise inside. There is a little general store about 100 metres away on the same road and next to the hotel, which has a bar (but it was unfortunately not open the day we arrived). If you want bread, you need to order it from the store the day before. It is worth taking a little stroll around the village, which is on the edge of a small river.
