In a beautiful spot with a lovely, very friendly member of staff! It was quiet as out of season. So the auberge was closed. But the village ensures that you can get a decent meal somewhere!

Our host Christine was absolutely wonderful. She really looked after us and so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was laid out beautifully for us and our rooms were very comfortable. We managed to have fun conversations despite the language differences. She is a delightful person which really added to our Duilhac experience. Thank you.

Best bed an breakfast!! Corinne is the nicest hostess ever, and you'll feel very welcome here. Only 3 rooms, but all seemed nice. Very clean, great beds, spacious room and no noise. Breakfast was lovely and all homemade, organic and just fantastic! There's even room for a car in the garage, which is very welcome in an old village with narrow and steep streets! Cucugnan is close to several of the Cathar castles, beautiful mountains and gorges. I think Cucugnan can be quite touristy, but in the middle of September it was perfect and no problem getting a table at one of the local restaurants. We were at the neighbouring Auberge the first night and Le Petit Gourmand the other 2 nights. Both of them super nice. I can only give my highest recommendation!!

A quiet place to relax from the bustle of the city. Very cozy house, in an excellent location, and the view from the window is magnificent. The house has absolutely everything you need, parking and hiking trails are nearby.
The owner is very responsive and always ready to help and advise.

Cucugnan is a charming hillside village, but easily accessible and a great area for walking, touring and wine tasting. There are many historical attractions, (Queribus and Peryperteuse castles) in the area. My snug, en-suite double room was very clean and comfortable, with its own door to the terrace and stunning views. There are several bistros nearby serving excellent food. The host is very friendly and helpful for walking advice. The host serves a substantial continental breakfast and chats with the guests. I stayed two enjoyable nights

I had a large double room and beautiful "en-suite", with wet room shower. Very comfortable bed.
The hosts were so friendly and continental breakfast together with the other guests was like being "en famille".
The breakfast is exceptional; offered nectarine compote and vanilla fresh yogurt. Lots of different home made jams were delicious.
