Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations which might be booking.com fault but the staff was not helpful in solving the issue of unexplained double reservation satisfactorily. Very bad access to Orly airport.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL IN PARIS
The hotel is close to the Orly airport and it is served by a free shuttle (the shuttle is not managed by the hotel and does not stop in front of it, but the stop is less than 1 minute by foot, literally just around the corner). It was a smooth journey to/from the airport. The rooms are quite small, but it served well our needs: spend 1 night close to the airport to catch a flight the next morning. The breakfast was good. There's a restaurant close to the hotel, we were able to get some decent food after 21h30. Would come back.
The parking is very convenient and there is a shuttle to the Orly airport for free every 40 ~ 60 minutes.
There aren´t many restaurants on a walking distance from the hotel, hence it is best to plan your stay and how to move around the area. The hotel offers room service.
The staff was friendly and efficient.
The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet was also clean.
The breakfast is good and the variety of food is OK.
We arrived late (after 10pm) and there was not one single human being to receive us. To enter, we had to use a code given at the time of reservation. While other people showed up and were able to enter with their reservation number and get a room number, ours never worked. And no one ever answered the phone when we tried to call.
We were fortunately able to find a room in another hotel, where they had very friendly people on staff… all night long!
I looked an hotel for a 2 night in Paris, close to the center. So I found this one
Close to « hotel de ville » and other main Streets- but yet very quiet, especially at night.
The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, wifi work correctly. The staff- Helen & Hamid was kind and welcoming
Helpful with every request.
Next time in Paris will be at this hotel for sure
The room was good, the receptionist was very supportive and polite, so friendly and welcoming and but after few hours nobody works, everything is clothed and people who booked at the hotel was forced to look for other hotel because no one was able to booked them in, I have never see anything like this, just amazing, hotel with no staff.
Bed was super comfortable and the area the hotel was in was great. After we checked in, we went for a nice walk near the hotel and had a fantastic dinner at a Michelin recommended restaurant. The area was quiet and in a safe area compared to where we saw some of the other hotels during our shuttle transfer to the airport.
We booked this property for 1 night for the purpose being close to the airport for our departure. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean. We enjoyed the restaurant and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the cocktail lounge on our last night before departure. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport.
I like that the beds look very clean, the overall feeling is that the room was clean. The kitchenette is the reason we stay there as it is helpful when traveling with a toddler. We chose this hotel over others due to the convenience of the kitchenette (and refrigerator!).
Well located to get to the Orly airport. The shuttle to the airport has a stop in front of the hotel.
It was very clean. The family room was spacious enough for us to move around. Beds were big and comfortable.
location is very convenient to orly airport. hotel facilities are nice and our room was very clean. all staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the wait staff for the restaurant. thank you!
Comfortable and reasonably priced (for Paris) place to stay near the Orly airport. Clean rooms. Shared, but clean and well mantained bathrooms/toilets. More than enough for a one-night stay.
Only spent the a couple of hours until my flight. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but with free shuttle to Orly, and all amenities for late arrivals or early departures.
