On our two most recent trips, to our house in the Languedoc, we have stayed again for reasons of nostalgia and being in the countryside instead of chosing an in town hotel, and loved it. We also loved wandering around the extensive grounds (perfect if you are bringing your dog).

It is definitely an hotel we would like to stay at again in the summer as it was a pity ,it being November, that we missed out on the pool and the lovely flowers. Reception and restaurant in separate building. Most of the staff were friendly, polite and efficient (with one exception, see below)
