We stayed two nights in the Verdon region and found this hotel coincidentally. The whole look and feel of the small castle was very nice &special, the service exceptionally friendly and the food just incredible!

Artistic touches and good design make this a charming place to stay. The family kitchen adjoins the guest salon, so you can hear the happy sounds of cooking and feel like part of the action, even while enjoying privacy. Location was great- right at the entrance of the D23 drive around the Verdon Gorge. The hotel lobby and balcony faced a beautiful view, you can get a drink from the bar and watch the surrounding. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked very nice! Parking was right in the front, and breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful- Anthony in the morning, helped us a lot with tips about where to go and what to see, gave us maps and many good suggestions. Frederic in the afternoon, was very helpful with providing whatever we asked, extra towels and even an electric kettle which was not available but he made an effort and found one especially for us.

The view from the dining room and terrace is really amazing. The hotel is a little dated but in a wonderful way, it has a huge amount of charm and the old signs are great. My favourite detail was a toilet roll dispenser with a built in ashtray. The dinner and breakfast also good

Amazing hotel and restaurant!!! Do yourself a favour and stay here. It is typical French but of a high standard. Recent upgrades to the rooms, with new mattress, curtains, paint and fixtures. The owner is so friendly and takes pride in her hotel. The food was Michelin quality! Stay here, we will again.
