Very attractive bastide style property well located, boutique interior & exceptional Italian restaurant next door. Mimsy on reception was outstanding; welcoming, knowledgeable on the area & even produced a honey & lemon hot drink for my husbands sore throat. Would very definitely return when next in the area.

Valbonne is a great, convenient authentic French village in the heart of the French Riviera. It has a vast array of diverse restaurants, a local market on Fridays in the center square, and every convenience you will need to make your trip a memorable one. If you play golf or tennis there are multiple places nearby. The sea is close by and so are the mountains. Parking is an issue so you need to be opportunistic to find a good spot.

Valbonne is a lovely village where the main plaza and surrounding streets (all pedestrian) offer typical not elaborate but good food, a bakery, and array of boutiques. A few steps away (outside the old village) there are incredible food shops (pricy but worth it) peaceful and well maintained church, and all in all a place to bask in charm and views. Parking may be difficult and although available, within a five minutes walk.
The plaza is by far a favorite, people watching and mingling with locals while enjoying a drink or a meal. The gracious service will allow long stays while sipping a rosé.
Any of the four three restaurants in the plaza offers good selection, being the favorite Casa Rossa.

City is very nice, if you are by car you can go to St Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco spending. But costumer service for English speakers is hard, they don't like that you speak English and some places wont treat you well because o that.

The small treads on the narrow winding stairs were too dangerous to use. My husband banged his head on the ceiling and doorways looking through the place. One guest could not even go up to the second floor or above.
The bathrooms were minuscule (much smaller than on a cruise ship). One would not be able to move in them.
The photos did NOT reflect what we discovered. The place was dark. Flood lights must have been used to photograph. We phoned the owner immediately and he was uncooperative and suggested we move to a local hotel which we immediately did.

Picturesque ancient French Village in the hills inland from the French Riviera. Unique and very comfortable to walk around, with endless amenities in the little shops and restaurants. Everyone, without exception, was most accommodating to English speaking people.

The old village at the heart of Valbonne is small, pretty and charming. There are some interesting local shops including a few galleries and arts and crafts. The square has several establishments with plenty of outside tables to allow for a spot of people watching.
Valbonne is well placed for side trips to StPaul de Vence, Grasse, Mougins and the Cote d'Azur.
The hotel owner/manager and his staff were at all times gracious and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from their help in arranging transportation, to their service of the delicious included breakfast of pastries, fruit and large, never empty, coffee cups. The place is just beautiful and well maintained. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. There is even central air. Be aware that there are some narrow stairways to negotiate for room access.
This was a fantastic place to stay in Valbonne for a couple. It was in an excellent location, had all the amenities and was beautifully clean. The large patio area made this accommodation the perfect place to stay. We had been initially concerned about the Murphy bed, but found it to be very comfortable and convenient. The shower was spacious and the bathroom was new and modern. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this lovely efficiency.
The rental is a very old but beautifully restored village house, very well located in the village, close to everything (shops, bakeries, restaurants …) but not noisy.
The property is spacious, comfortable, and decorated with very good taste and an occasional touch of humor.
Our host was really nice and helpful. He speaks fluent English and French, which can be very useful.
The bottles of good rosé was an appreciate delicate attention.
Fabulous villa and a great location close to the centre of Valbonne. My friends and I very much enjoyed the property, which benefitted from five bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The facilities were great and we all enjoyed the garden area for Al Fresco dining and of course the swimming pool.
One very minor problem during our stay was dealt with quickly and efficiently by our host. I would definitely book the property again
The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Valbonne village. The property is immaculate and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a night, a week or more! The bottle of rosé in the fridge for my arrival was also a lovely and very welcome touch. Charming host, easy and prompt communication. Thanks for a fabulous stay. Will definitely be back!
A fabulous ‘petite’ hotel that has been beautifully renovated with some really nice design details . Rooms are spacious and comfortable . Location is perfect in a most stunning small town . Car park was only 3 minutes walk away …and free . We had a nice breakfast outside in narrow lane beside hotel . Would love to come back and stay longer .
The glass carafe for water and fontains in corridors are nice idea and it is much better than getting one bottle of water for the whole stay which other hotels do. However, this idea is spoiled by the fact that there are only paper cups available in the room.
Valbonne is a very convenient location, we stayed with my daughter 4 nights. Each day visiting a different beach.. Cannes, st tropez, nice..
Hotel itself is wonderful for what it is. The bathroom was the best i ve seen, for this size of a hotel. I recommend..
The hotel is nice and for purpose of my stay in a good location.
Rooms are spacious for single person and quite well maintained.
Breakfast is tasteful with plenty of sweet, salami, cheeses, bread and other food.
Beaufort renovated the space with every convenience. We absolutely loved the place and the town of Valbonne is like a page out of a novel . It is quaint and friendly. The Friday market should not be missed
The hotel is of high quality. The staff is friendly, professional and responsive to the needs. The room is modern and functional. The breakfast is comprehensive and for all tastes. The spa is a must try.
Generally, nothing but localization in deep forest of Sophia Antipolis. It's okay for business travellers that have packed agendas for meeting. Else, it's a NO-NO hotel.
