we were only there for one night, arrived latish and left early, so can't comment about the town. The hotel St Jean provided an excellent meal - all local produce and wonderful Ardeche wine. The town is simple to navigateFelicityFrance

The hotel restaurant in the garden terrace was a superb setting, and the food and the service were both very good. Breakfast was also a good variety of fruit, cereals and pastries.

Perfect location in Val les Bains. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of free parking. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.

The restaurant serves delicious meals and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Plenty of secure parking in their garage across the street. It was a simple and wonderful stay.
