A lovely hotel in a quiet town amid lovely countryside. We had a room on the ground floor with the garden outside, so ideal for our dog. Excellent dinner and a good breakfast. A reasonable price for this standard of hotel.

It was very easy to sleep at night as the rooms get very dark and quiet. Restaurant associated with the hotel was exquisite, probably the best meal I've had in France. Beautiful setting (location). Venasque is a small town and this hotel is right in the centre. Eating breakfast on the terrace during summer was really pleasant.

Somehow the owners managed to juggle rooms and guests to fit us all in. Their restaurant was closed, however it was only a few minutes walk into the centre of the stunning hill top village. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

They asked me the previous night what I wanted for breakfast and when. They served me promptly and it was all good quality.
