Location is great, and it's an incredible building. A proper chateau! The dinner was exceptional - each of the nine courses was a work of art, very memorable food. The first time I have eaten gold leaf! The staff were lovely, very helpful and polite and they were happy to let me use my French.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept very well.
The room was clean and I had a good breakfast before leaving.

Everything! Nice to have use of a pool. Rooms well thought out with a small private terrace to sit out on. Also small kitchen with microwave so we could prepare a small meal. Perfect location as a stopover on our walking route.
