everything was amazing! I would have preferred if the floor didn't make much noise but everything else was very cozy

breakfast was gorgeous. Room was clean and amenities wonderful. Didn't stay for dinner unfortunately, but the menu looked great.

We got a very small room in the beginning but they moved us a couple of days later to a much larger one. So very accommodating for everything.
The employees were friendly and HAPPY! It made for a delightful stay.
Food was delicious.

The hotel is beautiful and has a very calm atmosphere. The rooms were the right balance between luxurious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate all of our needs, including dietary variations to the set menu. We were very impressed by the standard of service throughout the hotel, including the spa.

They need to be clearer to visitors about what is available and not try and warn them after they have passed the date of when they can cancel for free.
The staff need to up grade their knowledge on the area of what is open and when

The hotel hidden behind a bricked wall with high trees has its own frontage car park. A very friendly comfortable atmosphere, bar, dining rooms, outside gardens and with a swimming pool. I believe this is indoors. Hotel is a lovely place to relax and well appointed for sightseeing and business travel. Beds very comfortable, rooms had all the facilities needed together with robes.

Beware and check which breakfast option is included in the price of your stay, we were not advised even though when booking it appeared that breakfast was included in the price
Apparently only continental breakfast was included and consequently we were invoiced for the English breakfasts we had
Room on first appearance was clean but shower room showed signs of mould and shower base needed a good deep clean. Hairdryer definitely one from the 80’s!!!

Staff were friendly and welcoming but several things made the stay disappointing.
We had difficulties with the room key- difficult to open and lock, both outside and inside. Staff did not appear to make any record of this problem.
Room had not been thorough cleaned with visible dust on the skirting board behind the room door. With a property of this age, we appreciate that it’s more difficult to clean but that needs to be done.
The bathroom was disappointing with a hand held shower over the bath and an I’ll fitting blind therefore affecting privacy. My husband got in the bath to shower and had difficulty getting out. It was not mentioned that that room had that facility only. If it had we would have asked for an alternative.
Noisy with children up and about till 1.30 and a door banging.
Sorry, but a disappointing experience overall despite a good breakfast.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The shower was good.
The room was clean and well-appointed. The shower was good. It would have been nice to have some soap to wash my hands after using the toilet. Parking was easy and the location is good. Breakfast was good and when I was in a hurry on the second day, they accomodated this.
My biggest problem was the bed - it was very soft and I have had back problems since staying there.

Hotel nice, but could do with updating the carpet in corridors as very old & smelled a little. Double Room was small and "stuffy"...eventhough we kept window open slightly at night, room was stuffy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room on website appeared bigger than what we got in reality.
AM represents the hospitable heart of Angmering. Everything about our stay was a pleasure. The warm welcome, cosy room, comfy bed and general ambience.
We made full use of the delightful pool and sauna with plenty of towels and a hot shower to hand.
Breakfast was unhurried and served by delightful staff and the chef produced perfect poached eggs… always important.
AM is well situated to enjoy the beautiful Sussex countryside and we even left with a few choice plants from the local herb nursery.
This was our third break at the hotel this year, and as we said in our earlier reviews, the location, historic building, restaurant and staff are excellent. Unfortunately minor failings, which we were prepared to overlook before, have persisted. With more work on administrative procedures, and some investment in maintenance and replacing some of the uncomfortable or dysfunctional furniture in the rooms, it could so easily be the ideal place for a short break.
Beautifully quiet location within walking distance of local shops, two pubs and a micro brewery. Opposite the property was Angmering Manor Hotel where the food and service were superb.
The property appeared brand new with all mod cons, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom and was warm throughout. Information for guests was comprehensive and readily available. Property has a gated drive which accommodated our large SUV.
Good location, very quiet. Good restaurant for evening meal and there was a nice breakfast included. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and for a supplement there was a very good range of cooked options. The hotel has an excellent indoor swimming pool plus a sauna and small gym. We had a classic double room which had a very good bathroom.
My husband and I went to Angmering Manor hotel for 1 night for my birthday and it was so relaxing and lovely. The swimming pool was warm and we had it to ouurselves. The breakfast was beautiful and the staff very friendly. It's in a beautiful setting and close to a lovely pub and shops 😀
I liked virtually everything. The hotel is beautiful and quirky at the same time. Facilities are great and the room was smallish but perfectly formed. The staff were superb. All but one were simply lovely. The pool was great and the spa therapist was lovely and did a great job.
Comfortable hotel with pleasant garden. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant and decent sized swimming pool which we used every day. The menus are interesting and the chefs take great care with the smallest details.
We had a great stay at Angmering House. Evelyn is a great host, she communicated well before our stay so that everything was organised for our arrival. The house was very clean and very comfortable.
Location was perfect for us, peaceful and quiet, all you could hear was birdsong. Lovely small village, locals all very friendly,
The Local pub is very nice. (The Lamb at Angmering)
Hotel itself is comfortable, cosy, clean and welcoming. Martyn - who checked us in and showed us to our room was very friendly and could not fault the check in process.
Excellent Manor Hotel and friendly staff. Changed our room straight away when we requested a walk in shower. Beautifully decorated Hotel in a lovely village setting.
A refreshing break in a lovely hotel full of character. Great swimming pool and sauna. Delicious food in the restaurant. Good choice of food on the breakfast buffet.
