Elena is an exeptional friendly host and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Having to leave early to catch the ferry from Harwich she went beyond and prepared me a tastefull breakfast to go, accompanied with a note to thank me for my stay and wishing me save travels home. This was my third time staying. The staff are so helpful it seems like family. The food is excellent, had several meals over my 3 days staying. Each morning I had breakfast, even one morning the Manger/owner turned up to cook my breakfast and I was the only one in for breakfast. The service is better than most hotels. All staff are so professional and can not help you enough.
