This was our first time in Dawlish the property we stayed in was 100% but we didn't realise just how much walking was involved, all on the level but my husband cannot walk very far so unless you have access to a mobility scooter would not advise

There are several restaurants in the area and walking in Dawlish was a joy. The black swans and all the numerous other birds were lovely to see. The train station is accessible and allows easy transport up and down the coast. We will be back soon.

Most facilities you'd expect of a small town, with plenty of streets to explore. The beach and town are close together and there are several safe places to cross into the park area which is well tended and attracts children especially because of the wildfowl. We found a several pubs without trying too hard- they are used to tourists, though by no means plasticy artificial places: we met the locals and enjoyed the experience, The Marine Tavern, next to our B+B was mostly uncrowded and very welcoming.
Superb train services to get to other towns and villages, and the coast is well served by buses.

I loved everything except our property the actual park was brilliant and you could never be bored there everything you could wish for just be mindful the properties are not all you think they are until you get inside we must have been one of the unlucky ones entirely of pubs and restaurants and cafes to eat the food is beautiful
Our hosts went out of their way to make my sister and I feel home from home. The rooms were comfortable and homely. Free products in the spotless bathrooms. Welcome cookies with our complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was freshly cooked and extra coffee and toast offered.
Dawlish is hilly and our hots were more than willing to meet our trains on arrival and departure helping us to manage our luggage.
I would stay at Lammas Park House if I was to visit Dawlish again.
Rob and Fiona are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, water etc and the home made cookies were a lovely touch. Great variety at breakfast, nothing is too much trouble. The sea view from our balcony was fantastic. Excellent location to Dawlish Town down the hill. Would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation in a beautiful house. Thank you Rob and Fiona.
The host went to a lot of trouble to equip the caravan and respond to my needs. I slept very well on the small double bed. The location was excellent and well placed for coastal walking and visitng other sites in east Devon. I was travelling alone but felt totally safe in caravan,on the site and in the local area. There is lots to see and do.
The breakfast was very good with fruit, yogurt, cereals, nuts & seeds and a very good cooked selection as well.
Our room had a wonderful view looking over Dawlish to the sea. The room also had extra little treats like cookies.
Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the area.
Beautiful little hotel (B&B) right on the front at Dawlish. Sea view room was a massive WOW, the views incredible, bonus was you got to watch the trains running by as well.. Breakfast was an immense feast and the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.. Put it in on your visit list..
Excellent location and perfect for a trip to Dawlish
Central location and convenient for the station if coming by train
Updated room with modern fixtures. Very clean and tidy, no complaints
Very good Breakfast offering plenty of choice. All cooked fresh to order
Our room was spacious and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 3 plus dog. The hotel staff were friendly and generous with their time. Lovely surroundings and had we stayed longer I would have taken advantage of the tennis court and pool.
Good Location within short walking distance to both Dawlish and Dawlish Warren tastefully decorated clean apartment with the additional bonus of driveway parking . Bus stops right outside and an excellent takeaway just across the road.
A very nice hotel out in the Devon countryside but very close to beach and sea. The hotel has an excellent lido and pleasant outside spaces. There is a bar and restaurant. Parking is good. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Location was a great base - very handy bus route to go further afield but also within walking distance of Dawlish and Dawlish Warren.
Secluded and peaceful. Nice little bungalow for a stay away.
Great location and a quirky little property. Lovely decor and an excellent use of a small space. Hosts were friendly & communication excellent. Great for a short visit to Dawlish.
