A pretty village in between Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House so ideal for those who love such attractions. Two or three super pubs and a little mill craft shop and local post office. Simply a pleasant ambience in a beautiful location.

You wake up to birdsong and walk outside to these painterly hills and little lambs hopping around in the fields. The hosts Lisa and Paul are incredibly friendly. They have excellent tips for local activities and showed us around the farm. The accommodation itself faces the hills and provides fantastic sunset views. It is very clean, comfortable, and provides you with all the utilities you might need (and then some). The name is apt: hillside haven.

It’s very clean, with good facilities and communication with the owner was pretty smooth. The entire accommodation is spacious.
