The hotel is small and friendly. The room and bathroom are not huge but more than acceptable.
We ate in the hotel both nights once in the Stables and the other in the bar and the food was very good, The breakfast was amazing

3rd stay in Gullane love the location beach is amazing, plenty shops to stock up if self catering. Chip shop is amazing and had meal at Bonnie Badger can’t recommend enough, Grace of India in Aberlady didn’t disappoint with our curry night, you get what you pay for with them all not the cheapest but definitely the best we’ve had. Close to plenty of places to visit, Archerfield Walled Garden well worth the walk or drive, our first time. Gullane is close to small railway stations for ease of visiting Edinburgh and North Berwick, buses also on high street. Golfers paradise but we don’t golf but still perfect either way. So plenty walks, great food, doorstep shops and cafes, public transport if needed whats not to like

Nice food and drink at The old Clubhouse and Italian.
Goose on the green and Cherish for coffee & cakes.
A trip into North Berwick which has lovely individual shops.
Traditional comfort in this small hotels of the world award winner. Staff were friendly, thanks to Thomaz especially for chatting with us and making us feel so welcome. The gardens are outstanding and beautifully maintained all credit to the gardening staff. The weather was so good during our stay and we enjoyed sitting out in the back garden area with a coffee, after a stressful year health wise with family members this was just the break we needed to recharge the batteries.
We loved staying at this newly renovated apartment which we found out to be a former hotel which the Army also used during WW2.
It’s super modern, light and airy in white, greys and yellows with lovely high ceilings. It’s cleaned to a very high standard with all that we needed for our two-night stay.
Only a 40 min drive into Edinburgh, as well as so many surrounding golf courses!
Grateful for the parking space too - all was easy to find with the pre-arrival email by Graham.
Lovely apartment with everything we needed, and things we didn’t know we needed, to make our stay enjoyable. There are several places to eat within easy walking distance and some nice shops in the village. We were in the area to play golf but there are lots of other things to do nearby if golf isn’t your thing. The secure garden was an unexpected bonus especially on sunny days.
Wonderful hosts, great location for the fantastic restaurants and pubs and walking distance to the outstanding beach in Gullane. lovely home and facilities with a very much appreciated welcome pack on arrival. Also visited North Berwick, 15 minutes and Edinburgh 50mins on the regular local bus.
Excellent apartment, well equiped kitchen, very comfy and cozy. TV, wifi and all facilities you need for a week. Just a few minutes walk to grocery store and restaurants. Ten minutes to Gullane golf courses. Best place I’ve visited in UK after at least 30 golf trips to Scotland.
Central Gullane, shops, pubs, beaches and golf courses including free children’s course on the doorstep. Free car park right outside. Very clean and great drying room. Very comfortable bedding and sofas. Good size and well equipped kitchen. Good showers.
Gullane is fab, cottage well equipped, new, clean comfortable, well soundproofed from above and the side. Superfry great fish and chips. Beach wonderful. Easy to get to Edinburgh and N Berwick. Managed to park easy enough.
Breakfast delicious - all freshly cooked to order plus fresh fruit and yoghurt.
Location close to Gullane High Street and beach excellent. Off street parking ideal. Very friendly helpful owner.
Perfectly situated cottage in heart of Gullane. Close to beach, pubs and restaurants. Really appreciated it being dog friendly too for the beach and coastal walks nearby. A real home from home.
