Clear directions/instructions from Di, so easy to find and enter.
The property was clean, comfortable and as described. Lovely little gifts left (chocolate, beer and prosecco).
Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and kitchen well equipped.
Would certainly recommend and will be looking to stay again when back in the area.

Loved the feel of the place, the excellent food, the friendly staff (and locals!!), and the music gig in the bar the night we stayed was an amazing and unexpected bonus.

I love Haywards heath,I have live and work I for almost 17 years. The place I stayed was near the town centre and hospital PRH. Shopping and going to work are walking distance 10-20 minutes. I wish I could return to Haywards heath soon. What a lovely place I left behind. Full of lovely memories of a place I have . Food stores and restaurants Thai, Italian, English and French, Spanish.

Haywards Heath is a small modern town with easy commuting to London and Brighton. There are a good range of shops, including a decent Marks and Spencers an excellent Waitrose, Sainsburies, Tesco etc. Also a good range of pubs, restaurants and cafes.
It’s small enough to walk around the town, but there are buses and the railway station is well connected.
Parking is moderately expensive. There is a small but modern Hospital with an emergency room.
The surrounding countryside is beautiful, with the South Downs visible from the town.

I have been using this hotel for the last 3 years, its a 15-20 min walk from where my Son & Daughter-in-law live. Its dog friendly, as we have 2 dogs and it's only a 20-30 min walk into Haywards Heath Town centre, where there are great shops, cafes and a great micro brewery, which is very friendly. We have had breakfast there, which is brilliant with loads of choices, if we let them we are having breakfast they set us a table in their sitting room next to the restaurant as we can sit with the dogs. Staff are lovely, very friendly. We are looking forward to our next in 2024.

We popped into town but think we weren't at the main part with the shops.
We had a great meal and service at the nearby Harvester,
Area nearby is very pretty but you would need to investigate places to visit if you were touring, not much to do
We stayed specifically for a cheese and wine tour of the Bluebell Vineyard 15 mins away, but public transport was not available to the venue so ended up driving anyway

Had business in Haywards Heath so booked just one night. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good with loads of choice. We did get a message from Booking.com informing us that only continental breakfast was being served but ignore this we had a full English, but be warned if you upgrade to the large breakfast, they do mean large it is a proper plate full and very tasty

Haywards Heath itself is a fairly unremarkable place, We booked it for its convenience of access to places we wanted to go to rather than for itself.. But I'm sure it would have provided any facilities we needed, we just didn't look for them! We found some excellent pubs in the surrounding area, which we found to be charming.
Beautiful little apartment with everything we needed. The whole place was spotless, Di is incredibly friendly and easy to contact. There was even a bottle of Prosecco and beer in the fridge upon arrival which is enjoyed. All toiletries provided too and beds comfy. The apartment was lovely and warm too during our November stay. Location also very central to Haywards Heath, I. Walking distance to Waitrose and the train station. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again!
The hotel is probably the best hotel we have stayed in the hotel was spotless and the staff were all very pleasant friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. This was probably our 3rd or 4th visit each time always the same standard a big shout out to Sue from house keeping she kept our room clean tidy so a Hugh THANK YOU to BIRCH HOTEL.
there was no breakfast available, but we could have made it ourselves by using thewell equiped kitchen
We went in a nearby hotel for breakfast because we didn't have that much time.
We appriciated the cold drinks in the refrigerator and even a box of chocolates on the table
there were also towels in the bathroom
There is a lot to like. Toby and Emma are lovely, down-to-earth, friendly people. The room is comfy, light and airy. The annex in which the room is located is separate, private and tranquil. Field Cottage is in a leafy, picturesque area. Pleasant walks and nice pubs are close by.
Very reasonable prices, high quality hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, very good value for money. We've stayed here a couple of times before for family visits and don't even bother looking at other hotels anymore.
Lovely hotel, very clean, easy parking, bed very comfortable, larger than normal room size.
Evening bar and meal was great, prices good, breakfast was buffet style with cooked and or cold options, staff were great...less so receptionists.
We stayed at this hotel yesterday and can't recommend it highly enough. Very comfy, clean room and great pub with super friendly staff. Breakfast was brilliant too.
Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come for a return visit.
Great space, convenient and the owner had provided wonderful amenities. Great coffee, and beer and wine waiting cold. And an off-street parking spot is such a convenience in the UK.
Good standard hotel. We were well placed at the end of a corridor on the ground floor. Breakfast well organised, not that special. Rectetion staff were very flexible and helpful.
