The property was in a lovely village location with beautiful walks, ideal for dog walkers. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a good nights sleep, no traffic noise then a hearty breakfast. Couldn’t fault our stay.

A beautiful hotel and grounds. Really lovely rooms with quality bedding and comfortable beds. Dinner and breakfast was superb. Despite there being a power cut in the morning, it was all dealt with very well and minimised inconvenience.

The room was lovely, the hotel all appears recently redecorated to a high standard. Bathtub was a good size and great power shower. Free WiFi included. Nice little village. Once they get the kitchen and bar open it will be brilliant/well worth the visit.

Wonderful village, deep in the Surrey countryside, popular with mountain bikers, walkers and ordinary people like me! Surrounded by the Surrey Hills, there are some terrific walks and the climb to the top of Pitch Hill is well worth it. There’s a great little shop, but most important of all, a stupendous pub, the Hurtmore Inn, whose restaurant has the biggest plates of food I have ever seen, and whose waiters (Italian) are totally adorable. The Hurtmore Hotel is just behind the pub and is also excellent.

The staff was super friendly and accomomodating. The enclosed pub had gluten free options too and it was delicious. The provided a cot for our little baby and fixed any issues promtply. Parking was easy as well in the courtyard. Location is really good and you can hike up or bike up within 2 min. Overall it was an easy stay which made our vacation just so much more perfect. Thanks to the Hurtwood Hotel staff. You are amazing!

Our room was lovely, beautifully decorated and spotless, as was the bathroom which also had a powerful shower. TV reception and WiFi was good even though we were at the top of the building. Parking was no problem in a secure car park.The booking in process quick and painless with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast on Saturday from 8am and was very good with plenty of choice. Altogether a perfect restful stay.

Shower worked fine, easy to work, good pressure. The bathroom was larger than some entire hotel rooms I've stayed in. Breakfast was excellent, but beware of the large portion sizes. Very quiet for being in the middle of Surrey, and attached to a good pub. Plenty of chair/surface space for bike gear.

Great for walking directly from the hotel. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and professional. We ate at the Inn both nights and the food was fantastic value.
