A perfect ensuite bedroom accessible from the garden. Decent size, all the basics, mini-fridge, microwave cups, bowls, cutlery tea, coffee and sugar and a screen set to Netflix - all for under £50.
A Tesco Express a minute down the road. Portishead Marina a 5 minute drive away and the lovely seaside town of Cleveden fewer than 15 mins away.

Did not stay for breakfast due to Wife’s illness. Took ill previous nand 111 sent emergency ambulance which did not arrive until 4.30am. Arrangements for reception oh help and ambulance most unsatisfactory. Given the emergency the night manager was most unhelpful and worst fear realised when ambulance could not gain entry on stormy night Cool and were just caught by me as they wee about to leave. Night manager would not agree to await arrival of ambulance and did not help to put arrange a reception to ensure ambulance was given entry and ability to contact me. Fortunately I managed to stay awake and just happened to hear a noise which alerted me and I was able to open the window a little to shout and stop them leaving. The ambulance crew were excellent and dealt with our emergency but they thought the an early departure to get medical assistance near home was better than admitting my wife to hospital in Bristol which is what they would have done normally. You may call me if you want to follow this up.

Portishead marina is beautiful, such a lovely walk around with bars, cafes and shops. We enjoyed watching the boats in the locks. Within walking distance to the town where we enjoyed an evening meal and craft beers at The port bar, and also great food at The Impero Lounge.

I haven't visited for many years, so it was great to see what has been achieved. Love the Marina area, so good to see the regeneration of the area as a whole A great destination for an overnight stay, or longer to tour the area. Nice walks from the marina out to Battery Rocks Lighthouse, there is an open air lido, lake, nature reserve, good views across to Wales, what is not to like. Good choice of eateries and bars also. So very pleasantly surprised and it is great to see the area looks to be thriving, and lots of well planned housing in place too.

We really enjoyed the Marina and walks around the Marina and town. We visited a few pubs and found the locals all friendly and accommodating, the Guy at The Old Mill (live music Friday/Saturday nights) was happy to show us around and explain what has happened over time to the mill, he also told us to visit The Watermill Inn before we drove home and we found this a beautiful place for walks and views, we will return to try the food!LesleyUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

we were visiting family in Portishead and this property was perfectly located for us to walk back in the evening from their place. It was much nicer than having a hotel room. I only wish we were there longer to enjoy the property. It was very comfortable & had everything we needed & an amazing view. The hosts left us tea, coffee, milk and some breakfast items. I live in western Canada and was attending a family wedding here. I did not have the use of a vehicle during my stay and the local taxis are not amenable to taking short trips around the town. The small city I live in is not too much bigger than Portishead (Camrose AB), there the taxis have a fixed charge for anywhere in town. The area is lovely, the developers are doing a marvellous job around the marina. There are places to walk , places to eat and drink and Supermarkets . We ate inWeather Spoons which is great value for money as it was mid week it was not crowded. Portishead is a small busy town lots of shops and places to have a coffee. We loved it.

The venue was clean and tidy and had a lovely outlook, with juliet balcony overlooking trees and a walk way Bathroom was of a good size with a large bath and overhead shower, both of which had good supply of hot water The apartment is very close to Portishead harbour, which we made the most of whilst out walking

I was really pleased that the property provided hand soap in a refillable container as this saves on single-use plastics. Perhaps you could extend this to shower gel too instead of the small one-use shower gel bottles. This would vastly reduce plastic waste.

Nice to be able to sit and eat at a table and it is a very well equipped apartment. It's a decent size and you could easily stay self catering for multiple nights. Big bedroom and great views. Very clean. Lovely owner.
