Friendly greeting on arrival. Room and bathroom spotless. All staff that we met were very polite and courteous. Dinner and breakfast both enjoyable.

The bedroom was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was exceptional; the underfloor heating very cosy and the whole room was spotlessly clean. We were really happy with the facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly with all our questions, and at breakfast each morning we were served promptly and with friendliness. We also had a beautiful view of the river Dee from our window which we loved. We can’t fault the comfort and service at this hotel and feel it was well worth the money.
