Rostrevor is tucked into the base of the Mourne Mountains and the mountain never leaves you...Behind each roof top is a lovely green mountain framing your experience and calling to you to come back. You can walk everywhere and get right up onto the mountain right away. The food is fresh and coastal and moderately priced. The Folk Music is some of the best I've found anywhere.

Ate at the Rostrevor inn on the first night & the following morning. Both meals were of very poor quality & using the worst quality ingredients & cooked by a chef with no taste buds, as it was bland. Breakfast was no better, if anything it was inedible. poor quality produce used including basic grade condiments. The Rostrevor charges the highest prices for the worst quality food. presented like it was gourmet fayer. Wetherspoons serve better food I suggest you find the nearest one & stay clear of this establishment. On any other visit I would stay in a tent in a field & get better service & tastier food.
Lovely view of the mountains and sea. The pod was supplied a little heater which was most welcome after a day in the August rain. The beds are comfortable and the showers clean and, most importantly hot!
The reception staff are friendly and very helpful.
We signed up to an hour of sea kayaking which included pier jumping and spin on a jet ski. The guide was excellent, my boys had a brilliant time.
Try Warrenpoint for food, Rostrevor didn't have much to offer other than a chippy/pizza takeout.
Hospitality at Rostrevor Valley Park was outstanding! We loved our stay there.
Owners Christina and John such a lovely people, very welcoming and helpful 😍 Great communication during our stay. House interiors all brand new, beautifully decorated.Beds very comfortable. Delicious breakfast 😋
Hot tub was a great, relaxing experience.
I would recomend to anyone, and definitely will be back.Thank You! 😃
House was absolutely spotless, in a perfect location, a very quiet estate about 90 seconds walk from Rostrevor village center. House was very stocked with everything, kitchen had every utensil, great lavazza coffee, washing machine/dryer/dishwasher/clothes rack. Super comfy beds, like hotel quality. Couldn't have wanted for anymore
Really enjoyed our two night stay in John and Anns magnificant home.
They are excellent hosts with a fund of knowledge of what to do in the area.
The view from our room of the lough and mountains was breath taking.
Rostrevor is a beautiful base from which to explore the many places and activities the area has to offer.
The breakfast was very hearty and locally sourced. We sat in front of a large glass window, framed by vines tinted with autumn's beginning color, as we overlooked the bay. The quiet room was invitingly decorated with delicate wild flowers from the area. It was a glorious way to wake up and will be missed by us all.
Ideally located in beautiful Rostrevor, the "the Riviera of the North". Stunning location and stunning views from the garden and from the terrace. Lovely hosts, they are keeping the guesthouse in immaculate condition, so much attention to details.
Beautiful rooms, relaxed atmosphere. We will be visiting again.
Location so central .Hotel discreet access to pub and is also completely separate to restaurant .Everything spotless and in good order and very helpful and organized staff.
Breakfast very high quality and delicious served promptly by very friendly staff.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nook. Clean, comfy and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk in to the centre of Rostrevor which was convenient and the host was a lovely friendly man and very helpful.
Will be back
Location was superb in the town of Rostrevor which is absolutely stunning: House has been renovated and all mod cons and plenty of space even for our 2 dogs, Will definitely book again and excellent value for money.
Beautiful location with fantastic views of the Lough. Our hosts are as friendly and gracious as they come. I've stayed at hotels and B&Bs all over the world - Seaview Guesthouse is hard to beat!
Beautiful quirky cottage. It is perfectly situated in the pretty village of Rostrevor. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable. We are looking forward to our return visit soon.
The staff were wonderful and the dinner in the restaurant was delicious! The property is also located in a beautiful countryside setting, ideal for exploring Northern Ireland.
