Lovely harbour and village.
Lovely harbour and village. Plenty of choice when it comes to eating out (Sorrento & The Muddy Duck were our favourites of those we used). Location reasonably quiet, but can get busy at peak times. Jersey traffic has increased somewhat since our last visit 21 years ago! A lovely jewellery business (Le Brocq) in the village, plus a a small clothing shop, grocers and other small shops.
The Panorama is a unique hotel. The building is old but the rooms and facilities are completely up-to-date and it has the most beautiful gardens. Our hostess, Jill, could not have been any more welcoming or accommodating throughout our stay. The whole staff were charming and efficient. The breakfasts in particular were outstanding and the cleanliness of all the public areas was exemplary.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Exceptionally warm welcome and smile and the room was perfect - beautifully done and comfortable. I slept so well in this 400 year old hotel that is tucked in the most adorable street literally minutes walk from the restaurants. I will definitely be returning and wouldnt consider anywhere else in Jersey. Thankyou so much !
The staff were fantastic- very friendly and helpful. The view from our room over the harbour was beautiful. There were lots of restaurants in the area, but the Sorrento restaurant underneath the hotel was superb, the best we’ve eaten at in 3 weeks of travel. The bus to and from the airport is a 300m walk from hotel.
We left very early but breakfast could be delivered to the room. It was really thoughtful!
This is the closest hotel to the airport. We left the hotel at 7am. The receptionist was worried that we would miss our flight. She drove us to the airport. The food at the hotel was also very good. The staff was very nice!
The staff went out of their way to help . very polite, efficient and everything you could wish for. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner.View from our top front bedroom was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again should we be fortunate to be in Jersey again.
The hotel has got everything you want.
It is a fabulous location to start with.
Our room was amazing, it wasn’t too small, it had everything you might need in it.
Beautiful decor, very clean and tidy.
The staff were also very pleasant and very helpful.
Right in front of bay. Short walk to bike rental. Restaurant below was exceptional. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Always offering to help. Arranged transport to airport. Left us breakfast when we had to leave early for airport.
Very helpful, friendly owners, & there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Perfect location; picturesque & just a 2 minute walk to lots of good restaurants & the sea front. Free roadside parking is just a short walk up the hill from the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful overlooking the harbour. The food at the hotel in the evenings was wonderful. The breakfasts were good but the addition of a fruit option would have been nice
Location is fantastic on a quiet road directly opposite the Harbour
Absolutely lots and lots of history in regards to the hotel
Fantastic staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotels history

Fabulous breakfast each day with wide choice and excellently cooked. Helpful attentive staff.
Room with wonderful view.

Beautiful Hotel with fantastic views across the bay, great value for money too. Arrived too late to have dinner but menu looked fantastic, will definitely stay again.
