Excellent position close to the sea and the town. Nice welcome and check in very straightforward. Large room with sea view. Very clean. We didn't use the restaurant or bar but looked nice. They do a cocktail happy hour. We wanted a last minute night away by the sea and this hotel was very reasonably priced. We were lucky to secure unrestricted on-street parking a short distance away.

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Topsham is a wonderful place to stay or visit we found the pubs and restaurants as well as cafes plentiful we visited the Beijing Star fryer for chinese take away( excellent) the Lighter inn for dinner (very nice) and Denleys Essence of India (well worth a visit).
