Staff very helpful. Asked at Reception when checking in, if someone could help me with luggage. She came round from Reception to take me and my luggage to my room.
When checking out, someone came from Reception to take luggage from my room downstairs!

We love staying at Bartley Lodge as it’s a small cosy hotel with great staff and very well located for the New Forest. Dinner quality was great. Breakfast is lovely but could have a bit more variety.

Exceptionally clean throughout, very attentive, warm & helpful staff, large room (11) with a 'wow' en-suite, at the rear so fairly quiet, on site car park, pretty beer garden.
Plenty of living space for a weekend break, close to Southampton and Paultons Park. Able to park at the carpark behind the shopping precinct for 24 hours. @£10. Comparable price to three separate hotel rooms but more suitable for our family party including babies and toddler.
