This was a lovely stay in Edessa, 2 minutes away from the waterfalls. Very quiet place and extremely charming. I loved it there from the moment we arrived. The young lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful, I liked the liquor she offered me to taste and that made me forget it was night, rainy and initially we couldn't find the road to the hotel, since both Google Maps and Waze told us to take a right on a one-way street which had a stop sign (spoiler: you can ignore the stop sign and go on that cobbled street up to the hotel, they have some parking). I loved the coziness of the room and the overall decorations in the hotel, it's a restored old, traditional house. I would definitely come again and recommend it to everyone. Our room was upstairs, there's no elevator (obviously, it's an old house), so ask if they have rooms downstairs if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage.

Apartment was nice, clean and tidy, instructions given by owners before our arrival were precise, there is free parking 100m from the apartment in the government office yard, apartment location is fantastic - close to city center and of course waterfalls :)
