One of the best locations in Greece if you are looking for blue water and clean beaches, outside of the main tourist locations this is perfect. So many towns to visit close on day trips or overnights. The Peloponnese is amazing.

Small village with a few basic amenities (shops, restaurants). Good central location to explore Laconia and the southern Peloponnese. Several nice beaches. Quiet and clean. Poor public transport, having a car is essential. There are a number of small hotels but the place is definitely not overcrowded.

The hotel is in close proximity to sights such as Monemvasia (35min drive).
