Our studio was very clean and nice, and it came with a well-equipped kitchenette and a lovely seaview balcony. The location is excellent! It is right by water and the port. You can go swimming right opposite the studio or on one of the two closest beaches. The owners were really sweet and helpful!
Just another general tip for Methana: in case you'd like to explore the peninsula (which we highly recommend), bring a vehicle with you or contact the Cycle Shop beforehand. We were not able to rent a scooter due to lack of availability, and the closest car rental shop is located in Galatas. We ended up taking a taxi around the peninsula and stopped at Peristeri Cave, Volcano Peak and Pausanias Baths. The whole trip including swims and climbs took about 4 hours and cost 80 euros. Definitely something to consider, as Methana has a lot of beautiful sights and amazing experiences to offer!
